Chris Garvey qualified as an Australian Lawyer in 1985. He practised in England for 3 years and Northern Ireland for 2 years and is admitted as a solicitor in those jurisdictions. He also practises as a Notary Public. Chris has accumulated extensive personal experience and developed a strong network of specialist practitioners.
Deb is our senior legal secretary and is the first person you will see when you come to our office. She has worked in law firms longer than she is prepared to admit and has been with Chris Garvey since 2008. She enjoys interaction with clients and the variety of tasks her position entails.
Nicole is our highly proficient bookkeeper. Her fastidious nature ensures that all office accounts, invoices and the statutory Trust Account are managed and balanced to a very high standard. Nicole’s eye for detail has been looking after the business account for Chris Garvey since early 2013.
Dani is a legal secretary born and bred in Bunbury. Amongst her other duties Dani is responsible for maintaining the safe and secure storage of Wills, land titles and other personal client documents. Her specialist area of work is Wills, Probate (including Letters of Administration) and deceased estate administration.
Rachel is our part-time legal secretary with 18 years’ experience in law. She enjoys working in a variety of areas of the law including family law, estates, wills and conveyancing. If you have a query, Rachel is one of our friendly faces at reception.
